A revolution begins from within. A destruction of what we've come to accept as the "self" in order to rebuild. Forgiveness must occur before the first Molotov can be thrown through the store front; this is not an act of self-loathing we are exacting, but an acknowledgement that our past has inevitably led us to this moment of growth. Then the healing can begin. All it takes is one "firework" to start the immolation of ego, and release that which no longer serves us. To live authentically to our loving souls, we shed our shackles of grief, our desire to suffer, and embrace the death of the "self".
